Basic Setup Guide

After you install the membership plugin, you need to create a membership level. You can create as many membership levels as you want. Membership levels allow you to easily control content visibility on your site. When a visitor becomes a member, he/she is assigned to one of the membership levels you create. The member will then have access to the site's content based on the permissions you defined in the membership level.
  1. Basic Settings
After your membership levels are in place, you need to go to the settings interface of this plugin to do some basic configuration. Click on the  "Settings" menu on "Quickr Member" Admin area.

  2. Email Settings Email Settings tab contains various email templates. Templates can be customized as needed.

  3. Membership Level Creation Membership level can be created with two different durations.
You can specify a fixed expiration date or you can specify number of days that will be added to subscription start date to calculate expiration date.

  4. Content Protection
Now that you have created some membership levels, you can start protecting your content for those levels.
Take the following steps to apply protection your content so only members can have access to it.
    a. Edit the Post or Page that you want to protect in WordPress editor. b. Scroll down to the section titled "Quickr Membership Options". c. Check the membership levels that should have access to that page's content. d. Hit the Update/Save Button to save the changes.

  6. Modifying Membership Info User with admin privilege can modify membership info. User profile in admin area contains a section for membership info.
User list in admin area also shows membership level each member has been assigned to. If a member doesn't have a membership level then it will contain a link instead to the page where membership level can be assigned.
